The Youth Treatment and Evaluation of Anxiety and Mood Program at the Columbia University Medical Center

We are a research clinic dedicated to improving the lives of children and adolescents suffering from anxiety and mood disorders. We specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), other pediatric anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, social phobia, and separation anxiety, and mood disorders, including depression.

Treatment includes a personalized approach involving evidence-based therapy, medicine, or their combination, year-round evaluations, and school services as part of a day treatment program for children requiring intensive care. In addition, we are currently recruiting for a number of research treatment programs.

We are a research laboratory dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents and young adults through precision medicine approaches.

We use state of the art molecular biology techniques to obtain advanced brain-derived molecular printouts in blood. We focus our work on epigenetic changes as well as exosome cargoes.
